Trinity Medical Solutions would not be where it is today without the vision of Chief Executive Officer Seth Bacon. Seth founded Trinity, then known as Trinity Air Medical, in 2013 after a successful career in the fire service. In 2015, the organization began providing health care transportation logistics specifically to transplant centers and organ procurement organizations (OPOs). Today, Trinity is recognized as a transplant industry leader and has made four consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies. Seth is a member of Inc. Masters and the Phoenix Business Journal Leadership Trust and serves on several charitable boards.

Jacki joined Trinity Medical Solutions to serve those facing challenges similar to what she faced when caring for her young daughter, who passed after battling childhood bone cancer. Jacki will forever be inspired by the medical staff, who were relentless, caring and loving in the face of her daughter’s multiple amputations, grueling treatments and final days in home hospice. Now settled in at Trinity, Jacki is proud to work with a group of exceptional, giving and selfless people who are not only skilled but also share incredible camaraderie.
