Leadership
Scott Wunsch
Chief Operating Officer
I started at Trinity Air Medical in 2018 after 13 years at LifeCenter Northwest, the organ procurement organization (OPO) in Bellevue, Washington. My position at LifeCenter was the Vice President of Clinical Operations that included managing overall operations and logistics at the largest geographic OPO in the country (covering Alaska, Washington, N. Idaho and Montana). I’m excited to use my many years of experience to work closely with the Trinity Air Medical team, OPOs and transplant centers across the country to provide the best logistics and transportation solutions to maximize organ donation and transplantation.
Seth Bacon
CEO and Managing Partner
Seth founded Trinity Air Medical in 2013 after a successful career in the fire service. In 2015 the organization began providing health care transportation logistics specifically to transplant centers and Organ Procurement Organizations. Today, Trinity Air Medical is recognized as an industry leader in the transplant community and has appeared four times consecutively on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing US companies. Seth is a member of Inc. Masters, Phoenix Business Journal Leadership Trust and active with several charitable boards.
Ted Becerra
Chief Financial Officer
Ted joined Trinity Air Medical in 2016 as Controller for the organization. The role is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for the organization. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in early 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience as an accountant, controller and business owner. He is an Alumni of Arizona State University, where he received his undergraduate degree in accounting and also his MBA. Ted has been married for over 26 years to his lovely wife Karen, who is also an accountant. They have a son Jordan, and two daughters, Marisa and Tina. Ted enjoys spending his free time with his family and hitting the gym in the early morning hours to play pick-up basketball and workout.
Management
Andrew Marreel
Director, Business Development
I have been working with Trinity since 2016 as a Research Analyst then moved into my current position in 2017. I enjoy the challenges my position has for the company and love working with everyone at Trinity. I am a Phoenix native but did spend time in California for college and some cooler weather! I am a huge sports fan, whether watching it or playing it, and have been playing golf since I could walk and rugby since college.
Clarissa Osuna
Accountant
I joined Trinity Air Medical in March of 2019 after graduating from ASU with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. As an organ donor myself, and with all the misconceptions out there, I knew working for TAM would give me knowledge about the process that would put my doubts to rest. I’m proud to say I work for a company that helps save lives daily
Diane Rogers
IT & Support Services
I have been employed with Trinity Air Medical since 2014 filling various roles in the company from Flight Paramedic, Driver, Dispatcher, Support Services/Purchasing & IT. I have a 20-year background working in Fire/EMS in various rolls from 911/Fire Dispatcher, EMT, Paramedic & a supervisor role. I have a Bachelor of Science in Paramedic Care, an AAS in ERO/Paramedicine, and an AAS in Forensic Technology. I am currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology. I have enjoyed every job that I have been in and am currently in.
Jessica Morgan
Payroll Manager
I have worked for Trinity since March of 2017 and have enjoyed every day here. My background is in transportation and logistics, so I am pleased with every chance I get to learn more about medical transportation. I am also attending ASU for a bachelors in Family and Human Development. My current functions here at TAM are administrative, and I am eager to see what other opportunities await.
Krew
Chief Greeting Officer
Krew became a member of the family on December 25th, 2014. He is the official front door greeting party and always performs an attendance check throughout the building every morning. Krew is also well known for visits to the conference room to make sure everyone has equal petting opportunities. Rawhides, he loves rawhides.
Mark Jaycox
Ground Operations Manager
I was blessed enough to join the Trinity team as a driver in May of 2018. I was born and raised in Tucson but have called Phoenix home since 2000. Alongside Trinity, I also coach at Back Alley CrossFit where I run their teens program. When I’m not on the clock or in the gym you can find me doing school work, volunteering with underprivileged youth, going out 2 stepping, or just spending time with my nephews.
Peter South
Manager, Operations
Peter brings to Trinity over 20 years of Operational excellence. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Small Business and Political Science, he quickly established himself as an operations leader. Spending the majority of his career working for the largest Container Terminal operator in the United States, Peter honed his operational knowledge in logistics management, labor relations, and process driven Lean Six Sigma. Work on the waterfront never stops and has demanding time constraints to overcome each day, similar to the 24 hour world of organ transplantation. Peter was drawn to the work at Trinity because although his job working for the Port of Los Angeles was financially important to our economy; he was looking to bring his skills to a place where the work was important to people. As Peter is often heard saying around the office and to our partners, ‘the amazing part about Trinity is that the work we do each day is important to one family’s life, every time’. Peter is married to his college sweetheart Meagan and has two amazing children, Cole and Samantha. He loves time at his church, spending evenings on his patio laughing and eating with friends, and maybe even sipping an 18 year old scotch on occasion.
